Vendor Registration Portal

Please read the instructions carefully before proceeding further

1. The Portal facilitates the submission of online applications by potential business partners for registration and empanelment with IndianOil.
2. Empanelment is specific to the category of goods/services/works, While making an application potential business partners have to specifically choose the category of goods/services/works from the existing list.
3. Empanelment requests can also be made with respect to Expressions of Interest (EOI), published on e-tendering / GeM / any other portal/medium. In such scenarios, potential business partners have to select the specific EOI, while putting up an application.
4. Company name, category of work, and Vendor’s name once saved in an application form (draft/final) cannot be changed.
5. Documents wherever called for should be submitted along with the Application. IndianOil reserves the right to complete the evaluation, with or without seeking any additional supporting documents/clarifications.  
   
   Queries/clarification, if asked for, shall be submitted on this portal itself
6. Business Partners can also monitor the status of empanelment using this web Application.
7. Evaluation of empanelment shall be at the sole discretion of IndianOil, using the submitted application with or without seeking any other documents/ clarifications.
